$25,000 Gift to help fund ReelAbilities: Cincinnati Disability Film Festival
A gift from the Hatton Foundation will be contributing toward bringing a national film festival, focused on films by and about individuals with disabilities, to Cincinnati.

Founded in 2007 in New York, ReelAbilities is the largest national film festival dedicated to sharing the stories, lives and art of people with disabilities. Last year, Cincinnati participated as a host city for the festival. In March of 2013, local nonprofit agencies Visionaries + Voices and Living Arrangements for the Developmentally Disabled (LADD) will be presenting the festival for its second appearance n Cincinnati, with over 14 screenings taking place throughout the city. Their goal is to create a city-wide arts and culture event that will showcase Cincinnati’s diversity while celebrating the lives and artistic expressions of people with disabilities.

ReelAbilites: Cincinnati Disabilities Film Festival will be taking place March 9th through March 16th in 2013. For more information on the festival, visit www.reelabilities.org or visit the ReelAbilities: Cincinnati Disabilities Film Festival Facebook page.
