Laura Letinsky’s work has been published in four monographs and exhibited internationally in London, Germany, Italy, Canada and throughout the United States. Her work can be found in the collections of the Art Institute of Chicago; J.P. Getty Museum, Los Angeles; Hermes Collection, Paris; the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and others. While influenced by traditional Dutch, Flemish and Italian still-life paintings, her work moves to a more challenging notion of content, form and beauty. Ms. Letinsky currently serves as Professor of Art at the University of Chicago, Department of Visual Arts.
