Evelyn Sosa, is one of those young creators who continues the tradition of portrait photography and prefers to focus on the female figure.  Her work reflects on issues of anthropological and psychological nature.  Evelyn’s work is fresh and graceful while irreverent, always focused on the details of the face, gestures, attitudes and in other small references that become essential in the defining identity. Her portraits are just that: sketches of isolated identities and psychological explanations that refer to the diversity of characters in the world. Her models are always ladies typical of Havana society, with its conflicts and ravings, but its aspirations are always ecumenical.
