Covington, KY – Covington Arts announces Etsy Workshop presented by Larry Watson on September 18, 9 am to 12 pm.

The workshop teaches the fundamentals of how to show, sell, and ship artwork and guides attendees through step-by-step directions for creating a quality customer experience geared towards building trust and generating sales. It serves as a catalyst for those considering an online presence for their creative output. For more information or to register visit http://etsyatca.eventbrite.com/.

Larry Watson developed the program upon receiving a request from the Kentucky Arts Council and Appalachian Artisan Center which called for the creation of an introductory Etsy course for a regional conference in Whitesburg, KY.

“This workshop builds confidence and provides the necessary tools for making an authentic, appealing online store where people will want to visit and shop,” Watson says. “It also creates a comfort zone for the artist/artisan, and provides resources for best practices. Not only does it give the artist the tools to establish they presence but to create a successful one in a fraction of the time it would take on their own.”

Watson has presented the workshop in Columbus, OH and Richmond, KY in venues filled to capacity, with very positive survey results.
