Friday May 30

6pm: Opening of the Art show

7pm: Introductory notes by Jennifer Wenker, artist and teacher; followed by Artists Walk & Talk

8pm: Potluck Reception and Music Entertainment by the “Lastboppers”

Saturday May 31

7pm: Poetry reading facilitated by Mike Henson, poet

9pm: Poetry and music performance by Doris Schnetzer, poet and musician

9:15pm: Dance Performances:

“Winding Road,” solo dance (5 min) choreographed and performed by Isabelle Provosty

“Interpretive Dance,” solo dance (20 min) choreographed and performed by Tadashi Kato

Friday June 6

6:30pm: “Homes For All,” panel discussion on affordable housing moderated by Michelle Dillingham, Field Instructor for UC School of Social Work, with panelists: Thomas A. Dutton, Director, Miami University Center for Community Engagement in OTR; Alice Skirtz, author of: “Econocide: Elimination of the Urban Poor”; Josh Spring, Executive Director of Greater Cincinnati Coalition for the Homeless; Jai Washington, Peaslee Neighborhood Center; Bonnie Neumeier, OTR resident

Followed by phone conversation with Keith LaMar, Lucasville inmate on death row, facilitated by Amy Gordiejew, “Condemned” co-editor

9pm: Music coordinated by Robert Inhuman with:

Decide Today (electronic anarcho-punk); Evolve (reality guerrilla, conscious hip hop); Nature Was Here (radicalized psychedelic ambiance); Nancy Paraskevopoulos (singer and uke songwriter); Preston Bell Charles III, violinist; + video projections, free zines, and more!

Saturday June 7

7-9pm: Poetry reading facilitated by Jerry Judge, poet

Sunday June 8

2pm: Documentary: “The Shadows of Lucasville,” (60 min) directed by D. Jones, revisits the 1993 uprising at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility exploring at the same time the fight for human rights, + “Condemned,” new book by Keith LaMar, Lucasville inmate on death row, followed by panel discussion moderated by Amy Gordiejew, “Condemned” co-editor, with panelists: Lorry Swain, death penalty abolitionist, Sean Dunne, Sociology Professor at Shawnee State, D Jones (via Skype), “Shadows of Lucasville” producer and director.

4:30-6pm: Closing potluck reception and artists discussion
