Blindfold Gallery press release

September 24th, 2012  |  Published in Announcements

Blindfold Gallery is pleased to present the paintings of Marcus Michels, Assistant Professor at The University of Southern Mississippi and Todd Podolsky of St. Louis, MO.
Todd and Marcus graduated together from Indiana University with MFAs in 2004.
Although separated by geography and time, their figurative painting continues to maintain a dialog–pushing and pulling each others’ boundaries of boldness and sensitivity, within their own investigations of the human form.

In 2012, Todd had a solo show at SOHA gallery in St Louis and Marcus’ work was chosen for both the Prince Street National Juried Exhibition, New York, NY and the Bowery Gallery National Juried Exhibition, New York, NY.
